If you are included in this number, you know how debilitating they can be.  How about trying an alternative modality for treatment and prevention?  Renée uses a combination of essential oils with Chinese Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy and massage to the upper back and neck during this highly effective 30 minute treatment.  This massage is also wonderful for those who suffer from chronic sinus issues.

Pregnancy Massage

A specially designed pillow allows the Mom-To-Be to safely lay on her stomach for a portion of the massage, releasing pressure on her low back and aching legs.  Renée is a certified Prenatal Massage Therapist (and a mother of twins!) so rest assured Mom will receive a safe, comfortable, and effective treatment session.

Hot Stone Massage

The traditional Retreat Massage with the addition of heated smooth river stones relaxes muscles, allowing access to deeper muscle tissue. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.
